Geek to live

RUCUS import:

Mandy pointed out that Amanda lists a few websites that she thinks are invaluable in "Geek to live not live to geek". While I would not say that I cannot live without these sites, they have a pretty good ranking in my daily life. So, I do the same:

Bloglines is a website I visit every day, without it I would not be able to keep up with knowing what the million people on my blogroll are doing

Google may be slap damn obvious, but if i said i did 100 google searches a day it probably would be conservative

theCallipygousCamel is, I know, this website, but it is pretty much a monologue of my thoughts, storage of significant photos belonging to me and my friends, useful links to me (which are always available because of firefox's livebookmarks feature), etc. It is my default start page for a reason. All thanks to RUCUS

Wikipedia
is the biggest singular repository of encyclopediac knowledge on the internet. I honestly read it on various topics on a regular basis. It is the best tool for school projects, curious minds, and people who just want to read something good.

Roland Piquepaille's Technology trends always publishes some of the craziest space age technological advancements ever. I think he reads like a zillion science websites a day, and produces one or two pearls out of them. He often has really positive environmental developments, as well as stuff you thought happened in star trek.

I guess that is it, I am pretty sure i am missing something glaringly obvious. My next move is to figure out what services I can feasibly use on my cellphone, so that all the information I ever need is only a gprs dialup away ;)
