Since becoming vegetarian at the beginning of the year, food shopping is even more delightful than before. I remember how much I enjoyed Impala on Beyers Naude in Jozi, admiring the mountains of golden delicious and the blushing red cheeks of the juicy pears. Eye Candy. And not much as changed. Saturday morning is time for me to take a break from the fulltime mamaring while dad and son bond at home playing wild games. I get to spend an hour perusing the aisles (all 3 of them) at our local Fruit & Veg, filling the trolley with all sorts of yummy things.
